Review jobs in a clearer Status ledger
Scan job status, company, location, recruiter, priority, and updates together, with your existing filters and actions.
Keep the important details together
The Jobs heading and saved-view selector sit together, with Add Job and More actions on the right. Filters stay below. The list starts directly with your jobs, and each row has a checkbox for selecting jobs for bulk actions.
Jobs now uses a Status ledger. Status has its own desktop column, the job title sits with company and location, and the recruiter appears with the last update. Click the eye icon at the far right of a row to open Quick view, including editable priority and the existing job actions menu. Long locations show their first 30 characters followed by three dots; hover to read the full location. On smaller screens, each job stacks these details without horizontal scrolling.
On compact screens, Status sits immediately to the left of Recruiter below the job details, keeping both dropdowns together. The closed Status control is narrower and truncates long labels with an ellipsis; open the menu to read the full status names.
Use the existing Filters, Order by, and saved views to focus your list. Click a job title to open its details. Status, recruiter, and priority can still be changed from the list, using your organization’s workflow and existing permissions. Select jobs for the same bulk actions, and load more results as you review.
Only the job title opens the job from the row. Blank space and summary text do not navigate; checkboxes, Quick view, menus, and editing controls keep their separate actions. The title is a regular link, including keyboard access and opening in a new tab.
Find your additional columns in Quick view
Candidate counts now sit beside the location, with singular and plural labels. They remain visible even if an older saved view hid the Candidates column, and no longer repeat in Quick view. Unavailable counts remain marked rather than appearing as zero. At wide desktop sizes, the job description uses 60% of the description/details area, leaving 40% for Job Details. The main review fields stay visible in the ledger. Priority and your other visible columns appear in Quick view on each row. Open More actions, then Columns, to choose and order those additional fields.
Search inside the status picker to find your organization’s stages. After a job is successfully marked Filled, a congratulations dialog explains that it no longer appears in the Active jobs list. Choose Close to keep reviewing, or Go to job details to continue with that role. The job stays available through the Filled filter. Failed saves do not show the congratulations dialog. On the job detail page, Location saves—including ZIP codes—carry back to the Jobs list. Files sit below Notes, and sharing actions sit below Job Details.
A successful move to Filled also brings falling confetti behind the congratulations dialog until you dismiss it. Choose Close, click outside the dialog, press Escape, or choose Go to job details to stop the celebration. Confetti pauses in hidden tabs and never blocks the dialog actions. Confetti is skipped when your device requests reduced motion, and failed saves or selecting Filled again do not trigger it.
Existing saved column widths and pinning are retained, but do not change the ledger’s responsive layout. Additional-field visibility and order continue to follow your saved view. No jobs or workflow statuses are changed by the new layout.
