Review possible duplicate candidates with less noise
RecruitIQ now presents possible duplicate candidate records as a compact decision queue centered on the evidence that agrees and the fields that differ.
Focus each review on one possible match
Duplicate review now uses one compact row for each review item instead of spreading candidate details across wide technical tables and summary cards. Open reviews come first, while completed decisions remain visible in a quieter state so the team can understand what has already been handled.
Each row explains the supporting match in plain language, such as a shared name and phone number or a shared name and resume. It then shows only the email, phone, or resume fields that disagree between the records.
Inspect the records and make a clear decision
Differing values link directly to their candidate records, so a recruiter can inspect the underlying profiles before deciding. Resolve marks an ordinary audit review as handled, Not a duplicate records that the candidates should remain separate, and Undo can reopen either of those non-destructive review statuses.
The existing audit and live-flag CSV exports remain available for teams that need an offline review trail. Review items remain scoped to the signed-in RecruitIQ organization and authorized internal roles.
Keep uncertain identity decisions safe
A shared name alone is not enough to place historical candidate records in this queue. Stronger evidence such as a shared phone number or resume is required, and placeholder intake email addresses are displayed as missing contact information instead of looking like real email addresses. A preserved new application can still appear when its identity is unresolved and a recruiter must attach it to an existing candidate, create a separate candidate, or leave it unresolved.
Resolve closes the review; it does not automatically merge, delete, or rewrite either candidate record. RecruitIQ preserves those candidate records until a separate, deliberate record-management action is available.
