Keep working while AI Search finds candidates
Start an AI candidate search, move anywhere in RecruitIQ, and return when the organization-scoped results are ready.
Start the search without waiting on the page
AI Search now confirms a durable background run instead of holding the browser request open while RecruitIQ reads resumes and ranks candidates. The search page shows its queued, running, retrying, completed, or failed state, and the same run reopens after a refresh.
You can leave AI Search, open another RecruitIQ page, or close and reopen the page. A dashboard-wide notification keeps the search visible while it runs and provides one View results action when the matches are ready.
Keep each result tied to the right account and inputs
Every run belongs to the signed-in recruiter and organization. RecruitIQ checks that access again before background work starts, rechecks a selected job inside the same organization, and does not expose another user’s run after sign-out or an organization switch.
The completed result preserves the original query, selected job, location, distance, exclusions, and existing readiness rules. Returning to the run restores that search context instead of silently using whatever is currently in the form.
Recover safely from interruptions
A repeated start caused by a retry or uncertain network response reuses the active identical run rather than starting duplicate paid work. Temporary failures receive a bounded retry, worker restarts recover claimed jobs, and timed-out or stale searches finish with a visible message instead of appearing to run forever.
This changes how the search is delivered, not who or what it can search. AI Search remains available to organization owners and recruiters, remains scoped to that organization’s candidates, and keeps the same semantic-search readiness boundary and hard location filters.
