Clearer review for questionable resume email addresses
Resume contact reading preserves text boundaries, and questionable saved email addresses are flagged before contact actions.
Keep contact details separate from resume text
Resume reading now preserves line and word boundaries instead of joining the whole document to find an email address. Spaces around explicit email punctuation can be normalized without attaching a nearby phone number or profile paragraph.
When several complete addresses appear, the first remains the suggested prefill; review it against the resume. Ambiguous fragments are not proof of a valid address, and syntax checks do not verify that a mailbox exists or can receive mail.
Review questionable saved addresses before using them
Candidate profiles and Candidates V2 Quick view show Email needs review for malformed or clearly contaminated contact values. Quick view does not create a mail link for those values, and scheduling drafts are unavailable until a usable address is saved through the existing review workflow.
Existing candidate records are not repaired automatically. Review the original resume and edit the contact field only when the intended address is supported. This change does not send messages, merge candidates, or replace recruiter-reviewed contact values.
