Scan AI Search candidates with clearer result cards
Read larger candidate names, prominent specialties and full-width evidence with compact, predictable actions.
Identity, evidence, then action
AI Search result cards now place a larger candidate name above location and work preference. Experimental V2 briefs emphasize the specialty before the source-listed role, dates and supporting evidence. Tighter outer spacing and full-width evidence reduce unnecessary wrapping without changing the generated explanations.
Use the top-aligned checkbox for selection, and the resume icon to the left of the name for a preview. Fit and Add to job stay together at the top right. Click a candidate name to preview an available resume; names without a resume still open the candidate profile. Skills are collapsed in both explanation views and expand into small, compact chips below the evidence.
This layout does not change search matching, result order, fit labels or existing access checks. Briefs are now automatic for new AI Searches, and dates such as Present remain source-listed rather than independently verified.
