When several resumes arrive close together, RecruitIQ now gives your searches priority over background search housekeeping. Housekeeping waits for a moment while recruiters are searching, then continues, so new resumes still become searchable.
If a candidate changes at the exact moment you search, RecruitIQ quickly tries again instead of waiting until the request times out.
What stays the same
Your filters, sorting and account permissions work as before, and search never shows another company’s candidates. A candidate added a moment ago can take a few seconds to appear in search while it finishes saving.
