See team pipeline activity on the dashboard

A new Team activity section shows, for each recruiter, how many candidates they moved into each pipeline stage today, this week or this month.

Who moved candidates forward, at a glance

The Dashboard now includes a Team activity section directly under the Last 10 candidates list. It shows one line per recruiter, and each line counts the candidates that person moved into each pipeline stage. A line might read 13 Application, 15 Contacted, 5 Interview and 1 Rejected.

Stages with no activity are left out of a line, and recruiters with no activity in the selected range do not appear. When nobody has moved a candidate in that range, the section says so instead of showing an empty list.

Pick a range and open the numbers

Use the range menu beside the Team activity heading to choose Today, This week or This month. This week is the default, and RecruitIQ remembers your last choice in this browser. Changing the range keeps the current lines on screen while the new counts load.

Click or tap any number to see the candidates behind it. The list shows each candidate’s name, the job they were moved on, and the date of the move, newest first. Choose a candidate’s name to open their profile.

What is counted, and for whom

A count is a candidate moved into a pipeline stage, or added to a job, credited to the person who made the move. A candidate counts once per stage per job within a range, so moving the same person back and forth does not inflate the number. The same candidate can still appear under different stages or different jobs.

Stage names and their order come from your own pipeline settings, so your lines read the way your pipeline does. Ranges use your local time. Today starts at midnight, weeks start on Monday, and This month starts on the 1st.

Owners and admins see the whole team. External recruiters appear in their own group below your team. A recruiter sees only their own line. Team members whose role does not include this view do not see the section at all.

Boundaries to know about

Team activity reflects stage moves and job additions recorded in RecruitIQ. A placement that was recorded only by marking a job filled, without moving the candidate through a pipeline stage, is not included.

The section covers recent activity, meaning the current month. It is not a long-term report.

Team activity refreshes every minute while the Dashboard is open. Candidate stage changes made in RecruitIQ also refresh the counts.
