See today’s meetings on the dashboard
A new Meetings today list under Team activity shows your Google Calendar events and the interview times your team sets on pipeline stages, with a Join button whenever a meeting has a video link.
Your day, right under Team activity
The Dashboard now has a Meetings today section directly under Team activity. It lists your meetings for the day in one place: your Google Calendar events and the interview times your team sets on pipeline stages. All-day events come first, then everything else in time order.
When nothing is scheduled, the section says so instead of showing an empty list.
Read it at a glance, open it for the details
A meeting that starts within the next hour shows how soon it begins, such as in 35 min. Later meetings show their clock time, a meeting that is under way reads Now, and meetings that are over fade to a muted color.
Click a meeting to see when it runs, where it takes place, who is in it and the links that matter. Interviews link to the candidate’s profile, calendar events link to Google Calendar, and a meeting at a street address offers Directions.
Join appears whenever a meeting has a video link, such as Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. It opens the call in a new tab and goes away once the meeting is over.
Whose meetings you see
Owners see all of the interview times set across the team, plus their own calendar. Recruiters see the interview times they set, plus their own calendar.
Team members whose role does not include this view do not see the section at all.
Boundaries to know about
Calendar events need a connected Google Calendar, and only your own calendar is shown. If it is not connected, the section links you to connect it, and interview times still appear. Declined and cancelled events are hidden.
Interview times are shown as 30 minutes long. All times are in your local time, and the day runs from your midnight to your next midnight.
Removing a candidate from a job removes that pipeline interview from this list. It does not cancel an event already created in Google Calendar; manage that event in Calendar.
The list refreshes while the Dashboard is open and when you return to the tab. If your calendar cannot be reached, the section says so and offers Retry.
