See your latest 10 candidates at a glance

RecruitIQ now opens the dashboard with a compact, actionable list of the 10 most recently added candidates in your organization.

Keep the newest people in view

The RecruitIQ dashboard now replaces the 30-day Candidates added chart with the 10 candidates most recently added to the signed-in organization. The list stays newest first and does not depend on a login timestamp, inactivity timer, or last-view cutoff.

Click a candidate name to open their profile with a Dashboard → candidate name breadcrumb. Open a job from the dashboard and its breadcrumb starts with Dashboard too. From that job, opening a candidate keeps the full path: Dashboard → job title → candidate name. Each earlier step is a link back. These paths survive refreshes and new tabs; journeys starting in Jobs, Candidates, or AI Search keep their own return paths.

Candidate rows keep the useful context on one quick line: the local date and time they were added, name, available location, the first two candidate-profile tags, and a credible current or recently ended role. RecruitIQ uses the same candidate taxonomy shown on Candidate Overview rather than résumé skills and leaves missing or old employment out instead of inferring that someone is unemployed.

Select the résumé icon beside a candidate to open the document in the existing résumé drawer without leaving the dashboard. A candidate without an attached résumé shows a muted unavailable icon, and RecruitIQ loads the résumé only after you open it.

Follow the job relationship without leaving the flow

A candidate created by an application links to the originating job. A candidate already assigned by the recruiting team links to that job instead. When no job relationship exists, an authorized recruiter can choose Add to job, search active jobs, review the starting workflow stage, and confirm the assignment from the dashboard.

Adding a candidate uses the existing RecruitIQ job-assignment controls. It does not send an email, notify an external contact, alter other candidate details, or bypass job and organization permissions.

Keep the feed fast and safely scoped

Candidate summaries are cached in a small organization-scoped fragment, and the cache advances when relevant candidate, application, tag, or assignment data changes. The dashboard does not write a last-view timestamp just because a recruiter opens it.

Job choices load only when a recruiter intends to use Add to job. Candidate, application, tag, and job data remain inside the signed-in organization.
