A shorter Recent list in the Shift+J menu

The Recent group in the Shift+J menu now shows just the name of each candidate, job and company, so it reads as a quick list of places to jump to.

Just the names

The Recent group in the Shift+J menu now shows only the name of each record you opened, next to its colored icon: the candidate’s name, the job’s title and the company’s name. The role, location, client, job status and open-job counts that used to follow the name are no longer shown there.

Choose a row to open that record, and Show more adds the next five, exactly as before. Long names still wrap onto a second line instead of being cut off.

Where the details are

The Recently viewed section on the Dashboard is unchanged. It still shows each record’s role, location, client, status and counts, and its names still open the candidate, job or company.
