A simpler way into RecruitIQ

RecruitIQ now has a quieter homepage, a single clear price, and a more focused sign-in experience.

Start with the reason RecruitIQ exists

The RecruitIQ homepage now leads with one idea: recruiters should be able to recruit without fighting their CRM. The page removes extra navigation and supporting sections so the product message, pricing, and demo request are easier to find.

The new navigation keeps Pricing in the center and Log in on the right. RecruitIQ branding returns visitors to the homepage throughout the public flow.

See the recruiting flow at a glance

A new Source. Search. Place. section explains how RecruitIQ brings candidate intake, database search, and pipeline movement into one process. Each illustrated card shows the workflow in motion without presenting demo data as live account activity.

The examples cover email, WhatsApp, resume uploads, and job-board intake; searching resumes added to RecruitIQ; and moving candidates through visible pipeline stages. The section adapts to smaller screens and respects reduced-motion preferences.

One price, shown plainly

The updated pricing page presents RecruitIQ at $150 per month per user in one compact plan. The included recruiting tools appear in a single list, followed by one Book a demo action.

There are no tier comparisons or separate rollout card on this page. Teams that want to talk through fit can use the same short demo request form available from the homepage.

A focused sign-in screen

The standard sign-in page now uses the RecruitIQ R mark and the same quiet green background as the homepage. Continue with Google remains the primary action, with email sign-in available as a secondary option.

The email form keeps account access compact: Forgot password now opens a dedicated reset screen with only an email field and Reset password action. The sign-in screen still switches directly between Sign in and Create account, while Google authentication and role-based redirects after sign-in continue to work the same way.

Use the appearance that fits your screen

The homepage, pricing page, and sign-in page now share one appearance control. Choose Light, Dark, or System from the icon beside Log in; System follows the light or dark setting on your device.

On phones, Pricing, Log in, and all three appearance choices move into a focused full-screen menu behind the navigation icon. RecruitIQ remembers the choice as visitors move through the public pages. This setting changes only the public marketing and sign-in experience, not the signed-in workspace theme.

Demo requests reach the RecruitIQ team

Submitting the Book a demo form now saves the request and emails the complete contact details to the RecruitIQ team. The notification includes the requester’s name, email, phone number, optional notes, source, and saved request ID.

The requester sees confirmation only after the notification provider accepts the message. If delivery setup is unavailable, the request remains saved for review and the form asks the visitor to try again instead of showing a false success state.
