Update candidate workflow stages from Quick View
Review and update a candidate’s active-job stage without leaving the candidate list.
Keep the workflow in context
Open Quick view beside a candidate, then find Active jobs. Each job has a searchable workflow picker beside its last-updated time. Colored dots match your configured candidate workflow, including custom stages. Click the job title to open its Candidates tab.
Choose a stage to save it through the existing pipeline workflow and permission checks. Failed saves leave the previous stage visible. Archived stages cannot be selected as a new destination. This changes the candidate’s stage for that job, not the job’s own status. Existing recruiter notifications still apply; this picker does not send a candidate rejection message.
