Keep contact details with the resume

RecruitIQ now reads referenced headers and footers in DOCX resumes alongside the main text, with first-page header details first. This helps identify candidates whose name and contact information appear outside the main document body.

Retry a previously missed resume

Open Talent Inbox and run a backfill for the connected mailbox and a time range covering the original email. Single-attachment DOCX emails previously skipped because the candidate name could not be identified receive one new attempt with the updated reader. Successfully handled messages remain handled, and existing candidate duplicate checks still apply.

This recovery applies to attached DOCX files, not cloud-storage links or image-only Word documents. Emails with several attachments and resumes still missing a reliable identity may need manual review. Backfill does not guarantee every document will become a candidate.
